We recommend canceling the order when you would like to change your order, and then placing a new order. Most of our products can be canceled up until they are shipped, but there are certain products cannot be canceled for restocking/processing fees may apply. In addition, we can help to modify your order BEFORE shipment. Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
All orders are considered firm. We cannot guarantee any request to cancel or modify an order once production has already begun. There are no order cancellations accepted once production has begun on any custom or specialty products (items that are not a stock size).
